MCR SURGERY CENTER
MCR Surgery Center, LLC Loveland, CO

This client desired a high performance space that featured the aesthetic more than the technical. A regional spa theme using neutral tones and texture was developed. Varied lighting, local photography, and sustainable materials with textural contrast set the tone for this space. MCR Surgery Center is set in the first of a pair of medical office buildings designed as mirror images of each other, maintaining a direct connection to the MCR hospital. This project was designed to USGBC LEED Silver. Services included the core and shell design along with full interior services for MCR Surgery Center.
