Working in conjunction with the architect, Wheat Ridge Parks and Recreation staff, and representatives from the City Council, finishes and colors were selected to create a warm, fun mountain lodge appearance. The design focused on the combination of color and texture to delineate spaces and add visual interest throughout the facility. The palette incorporated both earth tones and jewel tones for a colorful yet sophisticated interior.
